1. Pro Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Pro membership within the first 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@claudecodesecrets.com and we will process a full refund -- no questions asked.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle after the 14-day guarantee window.
3. Prompt Pack Purchases
Prompt packs are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, prompt pack purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@claudecodesecrets.com with your account email and order details. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, or if we determine the account was used to access and download content in bad faith.
